Rumble on the Bay is a one day, outdoor, male/female team competition. Beginners, Intermediate, Masters and RX divisions provide the opportunity for any athlete! All teams are guaranteed 3 on-site workouts. Top teams will compete in an exciting final workout to fight for podium places! Expect a show of core Crossfit movements and a few unconventional movements!

WHAT TO EXPECT

RX

This division is designed for first-time Crossfit competitors or teams with less than 2 years of Crossfit experience for both team members.

INTERMEDIATE

Both team members have competed in a Crossfit competition before or are proficient in the basic movements of Crossfit.

BEGINNERS

Both team members are proficient in all RX Crossfit movement standards.

MASTER

Both members must be at least 40-45 years old.
A mix of Intermediate and RX standards.

MASTER +

Both members must be at least 46 + years old.
IF one member is 40-45 and one member is 46+ the team MUST register in the Masters 40-45 division.
Closely mirrors Beginner division weights and standards.
